Zinc alloy centrifugal casting
The main advantage of this technology is the short preparation time required to produce both the die and finished castings. Using this method, we gain the ability to manufacture castings of various shapes and weights, including ornamental parts, haberdashery accessories, and relatively simple technical components.
-We can produce castings with a defined unit size fitting within a cuboid with a maximum dimension of 120 × 40 × 12 to 15 mm. This correlates to the weight of a unit casting in terms of the surface area of a mold with a diameter of fi = 350 mm.
The standard finishing process for our castings involves vibratory machining.
