Laser cutting and drilling

We offer laser cutting services using modern TRUMPF machines. The applied technology of sheet metal cutting ensures very high accuracy in the execution of even the most complex shapes, relatively high speed of order execution and favorable prices.

Range of services:

• cutting of any shapes in thick and thin boards without further processing
• cutting of holes with uniform contours and diameters up to 0.4 of the board thickness
• engraving and center punching
• small and large series production

Sheet metal parameters:

• structural sheet metal up to 20 mm
• stainless sheet metal up to 15 mm
• aluminum up to 10 mm
• maximum sheet size 4,000 mm x 2,000 mm

Numerical bending

We offer CNC bending of sheet metal and profiles based on the latest technology from TRUMPF and EHT. It provides very high precision and efficiency and guarantees full repeatability of the performed bending operations.

Characteristics:

• precise bending angle from the first element of the series
• short bending edges are possible
• wide range and variety of part geometries
• easy programming and press reinforcement
• extensive universal tooling system
• small and large series production

Bending brake parameters:

• maximum bending edge length 4,000 mm
• maximum press force 300 T

Welding

We provide welding services by MIG MAG TIG methods using modern semi-automatic welding machines from SELCO and OZAS. We weld sheet metal and pipes made of unalloyed, low- and high-alloy construction steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The high quality of the welded joints is guaranteed by our experienced and certified staff. We also design and manufacture welding fixtures for the mass production of welded parts. All our welders are certified by the Institute of Welding in Gliwice. We provide welding services according to ISO6947 standard.

Powder coating

We have one of the most modern powder coating plants in the region, with a modern two-station pass-through booth and overhead conveyor system, as well as a large-size oven with dimensions of 2,000 W x 2,300 H x 5,000 D.

The applied techniques of paint application, combined with the experience of our employees, allow us to provide services that meet the quality standards and the highest requirements of our Customers.

Parameters of the paint shop:

• internal dimensions of the oven: 2,000 W x 2,300 H x 5,000 D
• internal dimensions of the oven: 1,600 W x 2,000 H x 7,300 D
• modern two-station pass-through booth, dimensions: 3,300 W x 2,000 H x 1,600 D, clearance: 1,600 x 2,000 H
